Delivery
Delivery charges :
For continental France, delivery is free for all orders over €80.
Free delivery for orders over €150 to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding islands), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
If customs charges apply, they are payable by the buyer.
Preparation and dispatch of orders :
Orders placed online via the Site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivry time
Delivery times are estimated at between 2 and 7 working days from dispatch of the parcel in metropolitan France and Europe.An estimate of shipping costs is calculated according to the country of delivery before the basket is validated. These costs are definitively confirmed before final validation of the order
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your parcel..
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return.
Conditions
Only unworn, unused or washed items in perfect condition with their invoice and original sales label are eligible for return.
Only products ordered can be refunded.
With the exception of an obvious manufacturing defect, products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping fees
From Metropolitan France, Maison Tanaya will cover the cost of returns for the first return of an order only. From abroad, the cost of returns is always your responsibility.
Maison Tanaya will not provide refunds or compensation in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
How do I make a return?
Returns can be made via the return portal available at https://returns.futurlog.com/maisontanaya giving the order number and zip code of the delivery.
Maison Tanaya reserves the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above criteria.
ExchangeIf you wish to make an exchange, (subject to stock availability), please contact us at customer service (serviceclient@maisontanaya.com) or via the contact form to specify the details of the exchange: name, order number and the product for which you wish to make an exchange.
Once the package has been received and accepted, Maison Tanaya will ship your new order.
Refunds
Once the parcel has been received and accepted, your refund will be notified to you by email and processed within 2 to 5 working days.
Please allow a further 5 working days for the refund to be visible on your account.
